Travelsphere - Rebrand

We led a comprehensive evolution of the Travelsphere brand to help it stand out in a crowded travel market and attract a broader audience with a clearer and more compelling point of difference. This included developing a refreshed brand identity, brand platform, and tone of voice, all grounded in customer insight and research.

The work covered every touchpoint, including typography, colour palette, photography, illustration style, social content, trade materials, point of sale and advertising. I guided the creative direction from concept to final execution, refining the look and feel to ensure everything aligned seamlessly with the new brand vision.

Travelsphere – ‘Real Smiles’ Campaign

Travelsphere wanted to capture the genuine joy that comes from its tours, so we built a campaign entirely around Real Smiles. Not posed, not staged but the authentic expressions sparked by once‑in‑a‑lifetime experiences, tasting new flavours, meeting local people, forming friendships and sharing unforgettable moments.

Working closely with an external agency, I provided the creative direction and oversight to ensure the concept and execution stayed true to our brand vision. From initial idea through to delivery, I helped shape the narrative, refine the visual approach, and guide how the campaign came to life across direct mail, email marketing, social media, PR, trade incentives, video, TV, radio and press advertising.

By focusing on Real Smiles, we created a memorable, ownable brand device that connected emotionally with audiences, strengthened brand recognition and reinforced Travelsphere’s promise of genuine travel experiences.

The campaign strengthened brand perception and drove measurable growth - boosting enquiries, conversions and overall bookings. The brief, to increase enquiries and bookings by illustrating the choice of travel styles using experiences to highlight a range of destinations. This campaign was supported by direct mail, email, social media, online, PR, trade incentives, video, press advertising and press inserts. Just You – Solo Adventures Together

Since 2000, Just You has been creating unforgettable journeys designed exclusively for solo travellers - embracing the freedom, discovery, and personal growth that travel alone can bring. As the solo travel market grew rapidly, the brand reached a pivotal moment to evolve - appealing to a broader range of ages and offering even greater flexibility in its tours.

Following a major brand refresh, we collaborated with an external agency to create a campaign series rooted in real customer voices. Using authentic stories and quotes, we celebrated the variety of solo travel experiences - from off‑the‑beaten‑track adventures to relaxed, slow‑paced tours with space for independent exploration.

My role was to provide creative direction and oversight, ensuring the work stayed aligned to brand strategy while delivering fresh, engaging content. The campaigns deepened emotional connection, reinforced Just You’s leadership in the solo travel sector and supported its mission to change people’s lives through travel.
